The 14th day day journey to get well-rooted clone ready to re-transplant in a 16oz Styrofoam cup. The first thing to do is be sure to fill cup half full "Light Warrior Grow Medium." The ultimate grow medium for seed starting and transplanting. This medium is packed with beneficial microbes to stimulate root growth and fast fertilizer up take-home acid to help in seed germination, and earthworm castings to help plans thrive. This is the perfect quick draining, lightweight, and will cause super fast germination.
Ingredients: Bacterial dominated compost, whole Seaweed, Extract of Seaweed, Earthworm castings, fulvic Acid and cultured Humus. You will want to mix one part of each EN & EA, this helps your uptake of nutrients you repeat every three weeks.
Ok you have inoculated the plants, and know its time to start them off right with the Organic fertilizer Plant Success Granular. It come in a container like an herbs you can sprinkle some of this powerful Mycorrhizae, a bio-stimulate you can also sprinkle on some seeds.
Our growers have spoke highly on how fast the clones take off after using Thrive Alive one drop per gallon. It has hormones and B1 vitamins, and a lot of trace minerals.
Its time to make the decision of what type of container to use: We started doing a little research on which type of container would fit my needs in a 76 x 76 x 76 Grow Tent. We came out to be two 3x3 tables. Know is the time to add your organics to your mix fill the 1 gallon grow bags, with the correct amount of dolomite lime, bat Guano,(phosphorous) Sea Bird Guano, and possible green sand. You can use course Big Chunky Perlite, for more drainage if you need to water daily the course will break down to smaller and creates a very well drain to where you can actually get a test of your run off with a small vile to check the plants pH. Get yourself a small ear plunger and check run off with your soil tester to see which color on the chart the water you extracted shows the color is the color code you need to be buffered to 6.3 %. I am really sold on this mix. I will talk about a few more soil mixes for top feeding in my next Blog.
My first Ready-Gro Botananicare Indoor crop that was very nice. We used the top of the line Moisture Formula. It's specially build in mind for outdoors. It contains more coir fiber and pumice stones than the aeration formula, giving plants enhanced moister for longer durations between feedings. It feels moist but still aerated enough to where it doesn't stick together. Very pleasant feel to it.
Stay tuned, I will be talking about another well known mix that we have had excellent results with Roots Organic, grown in Oregon and a very good mix.
